01. Getting Started
How do I create my first workspace in Forge Canvas?
You will be invited to create your first workspace straight away after signing up. This will be your own personal individual workspace. You can then create additional workspaces for your company or team by visiting the Workspace menu in the left sidebar.
How can I invite team members to join my Forge Canvas workspace?
Go to the "Members" section in your workspace settings, click "Invite Members," and add their email addresses. They will receive an invitation link.
What is the best way to start using Forge Canvas features?
We recommend exploring the templates and playbooks available to get a feel for the platform. You can also check out our introductory guide in the Help Center.
02. Billing & Subscription
How can I change my subscription from yearly to monthly?
Contact hello@beach.io to discuss your subscription amendments until we have introduced this as a self-service option in the Workspace Billing admin.
Where can I view my invoices and update billing information?
Invoices and billing settings are available in the "Billing" section. Here, you can update payment details and download past invoices.
Why do I have unexpected charges on my Forge Canvas account?
Unexpected charges might result from adding new members or changing your subscription. You can see a detailed breakdown in the billing history.

What should I do if my workspace isn't loading?
Try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache. If the issue persists, contact our support team for further assistance.
Why can't I log in to my Forge Canvas account?
Make sure your credentials are correct. If you still can't log in, use the "Forgot Password" option to reset your password.
How do I regain access if the Forge Canvas Admin for my workspace has left the company?
Contact our support team, and they will guide you through the process of assigning a new admin to your workspace.
